Caregiving Conversation Specialist

Many caregivers know what needs to happen but struggle with how to talk about it.

Why Work With Me

I didn't come to caregiving through professional training. I came to it the same way many caregivers do: unexpectedly, unprepared, and forced to learn as I went.

Over the years, I have navigated medical crises, assisted living decisions, difficult family dynamics, burnout, and the challenges of caring for an aging parent. I understand firsthand how overwhelming caregiving can become when you're trying to make important decisions without clear guidance or support.

Grounded in Lived Experience

Everything I offer is informed by real-world caregiving experience. I understand the emotional, practical, and family challenges that often accompany caregiving, especially when relationships are complicated.

Practical Support

Our sessions focus on your specific situation, helping you identify priorities, evaluate options, and develop clear next steps you can apply immediately.

Please note: I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, attorney, financial advisor, or medical professional. These sessions are educational and consultative in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health services.
